I. and II. tour

Historical interiors from the 17th and 18th centuries, especially the Thirty Years War period, when Náchod was owned by the Imperial commander Ottavio Piccolomini. Rich period furnishings inthe state rooms of the princely residence of Piccolomini display a set of Brussels tapestries, a collection of floral and hunting still lifes, ancestral portrait gallery, some of the earliest library books etc. This tour shows rooms with painted ceilings from the 17th and 18th centuries, and the private suites of princely Schaumburg-Lippefamily with guestrooms from the second half of the 19th and early 20th century.
